Grow and stack LinkPoints: With more than 2.4 million members, Link Rewards is one of Singapore’s most successful coalition rewards programmes and rewards shoppers every time they shop with Fairprice Group. The brand expresses the essence 'Always Rewarding' by stretching customer's dollars, starting with the ‘perpetual journey line’ within their comms. The line is a “connecting thread” through the brand, running through both image and graphic, endlessly flowing into instant savings or points growth.
Known for the success of its rewards programme, the real challenge was finding a better way to communicate its brand appeal succinctly and emotively. Hence Plus! rebrands to Link Rewards Programme to strengthen its offerings beyond groceries.
To bring the brand to life, we developed a new series of illustrations tailored to each category, designed to be adaptable for updating communication assets when needed.
