With more than 2.4 million members, Link is one of Singapore’s most successful coalition rewards programme and rewards its shoppers every time they shop with Fairprice Group. The brand expresses the essence 'Always Rewarding' by stretching customer's dollars. The line is a “connecting thread” through the brand, running through both image and graphic, endlessly flowing into instant savings or points growth.
Known for the success of its rewards programme, the real challenge was finding a better way to communicate its brand appeal succinctly and emotively. Hence Plus! rebrands to Link Rewards Programme to strengthen its offerings beyond groceries.
